Participant Zone

You are kindly invited to take part in the conference of the 6th Polish Forum for Non-Governmental Initiatives which will be held on September 16th-17th, 2011 at Warsaw University.

Polish Forums for Non-Governmental Initiatives are the festive days for our sector. As the tradition has it, this year's Forum will be the perfect time and occasion to discuss the most important Third Sector issues. You cannot miss it!

Fees
The 6th Polish Forum for Non-Governmental Initiatives is a non-profit event and the organisers receive no money for its preparation. Apart from donors' financial help we are obliged to charge the participants of the conference to be able to cover all expenses needed. At the same time we try to make the conference accessible for everyone in spite of the participation fee.  

The participation fee is 75 zl per person.  

If three or more people from one organisation come to the conference there is a possibility to take advantage from a reduced prize which equals 55 zl per person. This option is also valid for the group registration, for 10 people coming (not necessarily from the same organisation). If you would like to profit from this form of payment please contact as early as possible via telephone or mail at: rejestracja@ofip.org.pl.

As the title of the payment please write the number of the invoice. You will be able to pick up the original invoice as well as participant carts in reception during the conference.

Lunch
The participants of the 6th Polish Forum for Non-Governmental Initiatives can choose the conference option with lunch included. It will be served on Warsaw University's Main Campus, so just right next to the place of the conference. Lunch will comprise a cold vegetarian meal – tortilla/ bis sandwich, marmalade sandwich and coffee or tea. Lunch costs 15 zl (gross price). Filling out the registration form please mark your preferred option, with lunch or without.

Supporting Organisations’ Fair
The main aim of the Supporting Organisations’ Fair is to present to the participants of the conference the diversity of offers proposed by organisations and institutions which support non-governmental organisations by conducting various courses or consulting.
Infrastructural organisations which will have their own stall, will have the opportunity to present their offer or to give advice during personal meeting. They will be held on a special exposure terrain created for this purpose.  

Place
The 6th Polish Forum for Non-Governmental Initiative will take place at Warsaw University's Main Campus: in Audytorium Maximum, in the former Library of Warsaw University and at headquarters of Warsaw University's student community in 24 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street.
